white spots?

I just noticed some white dots developing on my porcupine puffer and I think there are a couple on his body. Is there something I should be worried about, and if so what do I need to do to fix this?

how small are the white spots. COULD be ick. but not for certain. can you get a pic, for the more knowledable people here to see.

if it is ick, a non chemical treatment is grat, if possible. such as adding some garlic to it's diet, and increasing temp a bit if possible.

any other inhabs in the tank? is there a tank you could use as a hospital tank, to treat with meds?
