Question

White Spot on Foxface LO

woke up today to see this large white spot on my Foxface LO. not sure what it could be or what i can do to remedy it????
note: the spot to the right of his black spot is coraline

Is it a spot, a bump or an indentation? Could be a battle wound or possibly a parasite. That's as much help as I can be right now without a better pic. Sorry.

its a bump, cant get a better pic at the moment when i enter the room he hides behind a rock. grrrrrrrrr
