which return pump???

ok, i was going to order an Eheim 1250 317gph 0 ft head, but at about the 4.5-5 ft of head it's only going to deliver about 120-140 gph back to the tank. i was also looking at the Hydor Seltz L35 which is and advertised 450 gph at 0 ft head. so i was figuring about 250-270 gph at 4.5-5' with the Hydor. or is there a better alternative with low wattage?
