Which lighting combo would work?

I have 2 72" strips on my 180 tank. One has 2 96" bulbs and 2 actinic bulbs. The other strip is this one

My question is can i put a T-5 double light system with one of these strips and have enough light to do soft corals and a few lps corals? I really don't want to get MH...I don't want the heat or the extra electricity.
