whew! what a day
I'm bushed!
It was quite a day fish tank-wise. Moved everyone and everything (that was left) out of the 20g, acclimated and added it to the 38g.
Cleaned out the 20g and refilled it with freshwater, and moved the kribensis out of the 10g and into the 20g. They've been without heat since october now so I wonder if I should give them a heater again or leave them as is??? They're doing fine.
I just finished cleaning the 10g now and cleaned the little whisper filter and the skimmer... gotta hook that up to the 38g but that's for tomorrow, I'm beat! You know how much work this turns into! A labor of love...
thing is dealing with 3 tanks today, then breaking to sit in the hot tub, then sleeping in the water bed... sure hope I don't dream that I'm on a boat or something tonight!!!!!!
Tomorrow I should really vac and clean filters on the 72g... those fw fishies are tuff, they've been pretty neglected through the whole seahorse thing.
So, did you do anything fishy today? Lemme know that I'm not alone! Oh, here's a pic, lookie who came out to say hi! Look at the bottom to the right of the sign, see that patch of white sand at the base of the rock? That's where she scoots to hide, she shimmies under that rock to hide in the hollow behind it. When I look through the side of the tank I can just see her tail.

I did a 10% water change (it's all I had made) and reaquascaped my 75 gallon. Vacuumed the detrius underneath the rock while I did it, so hopefully my BTA won't be too upset. I didn't touch his rock or anything near him. It's been a 3 hours process and I'm beat as well!

I don't know what tomorrow holds as Kevin is getting antsy, he has to be doing something, so we may take a ride tomorrow. To let you know how tired I am... I'm usually up until about 1:30am... it's not even 11 and I'm ready to call it a day! For me this is early! *yawn*

As it is 1:40 am and I'm still awake (with an advanced small animal medicine final on Monday...) tells you that my day has been pretty packed!
