Where to buy stainless hinges and plumbing?

I need some help in finding a few parts for my tank. I've searched for some plumbing before, but I was hoping for something specific. I'd like to use PVC, and what I'm seeking is a 1.5" to two 0.75" "wye" fitting. I am assuming that there would be considerably less head loss on a "wye" fitting compared to a "T" fitting. Has anyone seen this, or know of a good retail online place to ask about it?

Second, I need some hinges for doors/hood on the stand and canopy, and I would like to use stainless steel hinges (or something else that is less likley to rust). Any good locations online for that shopping?
