Question

Where to buy corner overflows

Hello all, quick question. I am setting up my glass tank with overflows (prolly corner) but I may go with a longer one in the middle of the tank only. I plan to house make some DIY Durso standpipes and returns inside. Anyone recommend any online sources to purchase the overflows. Any DIY links are aprreciated as well.
Thanks

Why not just buy a sheet of acrylic and some silicone? It'd be cheaper and a pretty simple project.

overflow

i second that, but learn and practice alittle before you actually install it. if you go to a acrylic/plexi shop, you will find all the tools and products you need to do the job right..

Question

Bump

Anyone have any online stores they want to recommend? I may not have time to DIY on the oveflow and might buy them pre-made. Any ideas as to how much they cost?

Thanks

ive never ran across them online, but ive never looked either, in the time it takes to order and ship, you can make one, i know time to do it is an issue too, but a small sheet of black acrylic, a router, and some weldon, it would be an easy project, it wouldnt have to be absolutly water proof either, so there is more room for error.

remember, either you make or buy it, you will be still installing it?, and make sure no leaks, depending on the location of a leak, the whole or most of the tank water could overflow down to your sump and spill out to the floor.
