One time that happened to me...and I realized I forgot to plug the pump back in! Are you sure it is plugged in?

How long have they been on? Ususally it takes1-2 weeks before the foam starts to produce. Also what is in your tank? If you don't have anything in your tank, the foam production will be lower.

ok solved my issue with the Seaclone.

Turned out some salt creep had formed in the tube.
I replaced the tube and it looks like foam is starting to build again.

However I replaced the tube on the backpak and the same problem remains.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
