When to add critter clean up crew?

Got the last of the rock in the 90 today. Looks good haven't set a design yet. Well into the cycle now. Was curious starting to get a brown algae bloom. At what point should I being to add my clean up crew and any ideas where to get the best deal. It's 90 up 45 gallon sump. Not sure how much I need or what works best. Should I place any in the sump or just the main tank?

wait to add clean up crew until the cycle ends..then wait another week after them for anything else..as well with a week in between each new addition..-drew
