When a RTBA splits...

does the water get cloudy? Because mine is.

is there something that I should do with the baby one? or, the mother?

Any info. about this would really help... thanks everyone.

i had a rbta split about 3 years ago. i dont remember the water getting cloudy. as for doing anything with the lil one i didn't miss with either of them they both figured ouot where they wanted to be settled in and i fed as normal. for it to split in capitvity means it is extremely happy. good look with them

thanks.
right now, both look fine. and the water is fine. the baby one has positioned herself in the back of the tank... not a great place to be since the skimmer intake is near it.

i have a feeling that she will move into more light within the next few days. she's about three inches below the intake area but, i don't think that she'll get sucked in since there is a cover on the intake. hopefully she doesn't move to the other side and in the back where the filter intake area is. never know though. the mother moved all around the tank when i first got her and she's doing great now.
