What's your recipe

Here is a subject I feel everyone can learn something:

What is your exact recipe for feeding your fish and coral: daily, weekly?

Meaning, what exactly are you inputting into your tank: daily, weekly?

Everyone please:
1) describe the size of your tank, coral contents, fishstock
2) what things, what amounts, and how often you put "what" in the tank to feed CORAL?
3) what things, what amounts, and how often you put "what" in the tank to feed FISH?

--------------------------------------------------------------

for me:

1) a 75gal, candycorals, LTA, shrooms, zoas, bubble, polyps, coral beauty, yellow tang, fireclown, two damsels

2) i feed the coral cyclopeze, a frozen chuck about half the size of a "dice" piece, once a week with the skimmers off

3) i feed the fish every other day, a frozen chuck about half the size of a dice piece of mysis shrimp -or- a pinch (that my thumb and forefinger can grab) of dried flake: either formulatwo or spirulina

Ive just recently changed how and what i feed both tanks.

I bought a bunch of mussels, clams, oysters and seaweed and made blender mush out of it..........i rinsed mysis to add to the mix and froze it into chunks that are equal parts of the blender mush concoction and mysis shrimp. I feed the bb 90(countless sps, 4 clams, and for fish 2 wrasse and a scribbled rabbitfish) one cube a day and the 225 DSB mixed tank (countless sps, lps, rics, 3 clams, and for fish i have a LMB, clown, 6-line and scribbled rabbitfish) 2 cubes a day.

The frozen cubes i made are almost the size of two standard cubes of frozen mysis.

Its only been a couple of weeks but it seems to be making my stonies happier so far(which was my goal when changing my methods).......we will see

I DO very much like being able to just throw the stuff in there where in the past i always had to rinse my food before feeding. Besides a couple of exceptions that i target feed, this concoction is for both corals and fish, they get fed at the same time.

However, i AM starting to get a little bit of cyano in the dsb 225 so just today i have decided to use less blender mush in the big tank.

i have a 120 with ssb, 8 small fish, lots of lps, a few sps, and some polyps and shrooms, i drop a cube of random frozen food in about once every 3 days, sometimes i put in a pinch of flakes instead. hardly feed at all really.
