What's wrong with my fish!

I've been treating all the fish from my main display for the past 2 weeks in copper for Velvet.
I thought I would be adding them all back this weekend but I noticed a dark orange/brown spot on one of the damsels tonight.

To be honest, the copper level has not gone below 20 ppm the entire 2 weeks...probably more like 25 ppm.
Could this spot be a result, I find it hard to believe they got sicker in the med tank.
The med tank is a 10 gallon.
What gives...I like the fish but don't want to risk anything in the main tank...if you get my hint.
The clown and blennie look good.
But it's the 2 damsels...besides the spot, the other damsel colors are very dark...he's almost black sometimes.
Everyone is eating well and swimming fine.
Am I slowly killing them...cause they're slowly killing me.
