Whats Wrong with my anemone

Look at my girlfriends bubble tip anemone it looks like its been cut in half but the only thing in that tank is a maroon clownfish which hosts the anemone and a serpent starfish. I can't really tell from the pic, but the anemone is probably just splitting. This is a common form of reproduction in BTA's. If I'm right, soon you will have two anemones not just one.

i hope you are right, ive had it for about 2 weeks and its always huge and the clown really loves it but the last couple of days i has shrunk up ans moved around alot and now appears to be torn all the way to its mouth. The clown is really upset about it

A split can be a sign of growing to the point it would be efficient to split or it can also be a sign of stress. Make sure the conditions are good in the tank and don't let the clowns over host the nem if it looks distressed.
