get a fixture with at least two bulbs;
something like the 30" current 2x65W fixture.
as for flow (and actually light also)
what are you planning to keep in your tank? as that will pretty much decide for you what light and flow you need.

I don't like any of your lighting choices if I'm being honist,.. If you like the coralife fixtures, and you have a 24" long tank, then I think you should get the 2*65W Fixture with the built in fans to cool the bulbs.

If you want an anonomie I would not go PC, I would get MH, or good T5's like the 4*24W Tek T5 fixture; however the T5 fixture you listed I don't like, it doesn't have the individual parabolic reflectors.

anemone is out with those lights.
coral, too vague, you'll need to pick a few that you want. some have low to no lighting needs, other have insane lighting needs.

Very true,. If your going for a soft coral tank we are going to suggest much lower lighting and flow then if you want SPS.

-shrug- Sorry; it's really not an inexpensive hobby, but then none of the fun ones seem to be.
What is your price range?
