Orange shoulder tangs and mimic tangs are both yellow as juveniles, but as they grow into adults they take on a very different look (after a couple years). If you definitely want a yellow fish, a foxface is a great choice.

Ditto on the foxface...but I think the Yellow Tang would be fine, they are not the same Genus.

hmmm so foxface huh,, I like the idea of a yellow wrasse also,

that yellow wrassed did look cool, foxface being posiness and me always doing something in the tank is maybe a bad idea, you guys think the two tangs would be ok though huh? It would suck bad if I lost my hippo.

just the spines are venomous on the foxface, really nothing to worry about

but IMO, yes the 2 tangs should go together
