What to feed a Anenome?

I have a long green tentacle anenome it is my avatar actually. The store I was at last weekend said to feed it a strip of krill 2 or 3 times a week. I know they require a lot of light. I heard from a different store that I needed to feed it Formula 2. What do people feed their anenomes and what should be good enough for mine? Also I have 2 baby tank bred ocellaris clowns do you think they will ever host this thing?

you can feed it almost any kind of marine meat, small pieces of shrimp, krill, a piece of squid. do not feed very often because i will make a mess, and start of with small pieces, and go larger if the animal can handle it.

i feed my BT coralife invert liquid food with a syringe or frozen foods. he seems to eat whatever i feed. i did have a LT a few yrs ago that did fine with the coralife alone. i also only feed mine 1 time weekly with no problems.

I feed mine brine shrimp every other day and 2 silversides a couple times a week. Once in a while I will go to the grocery store and purchase a couple fresh "dry" scallops from the butcher and cut those up for him too.

Here is a pic of him with my 2 clowns.
