What is Lugoils Solution ?

What is lugoils solution and has anyone heard of supplement there tank with vit. C ??

I use it for a coral dip. I think it would get pricey to dose a tank w/this stuff.

Lugol's is an iodine solution. I know of some people that have dosed their tanks with vitamin C. I've heard mostly positive results especially if you have zoa's.

you use vit c as a coral dip ?? how do you prepare the vitc soulation .

I got Lugol solution but not lugoils.I dose my tank with one to two drops per wwek though!It's pretty strong stuff and basiclly is just deionized water, potasium iodide and iodine and can be used as a dip for corals
