What is "High Flow"?

looking at live aqua at frags and som erequire "high Flow"

how much flow would you consider "high"

like infront of a MJ1200 or indirect flow and that just means turn over?

i am sure they mean your turnover thru out the tank. i would never place any type of coral directly in front of a powerhead. It will likely damage the coral.

My understanding is 30-40+ times turn over of your tank is considered "high Flow".

I have 50X turnover in my SPS tank. The way I look at for SPS is the pylops should always be moving around, but never blasted to one side.
