just seeing what every one thinks instead of one solid back I cut it in the middle for we can have another view of the tank....also you can see through the middle from the front...and If I want to cover it I have the middle section. that attaches with velcro>>>

I personally don't like being able to see through the back of a tank.....unless it is in the middle of a room! But if you have it set up so you can put the background up and remove it....cool.
I'd just leave it covered normally then take it down when you want to see from the back!
This one is all personal preference!

Geoff it is the center piece is removanle and sticks on with velcro....never know its cut!
