I was wanting to see what kind what kind of numbers we were going to have. Figured that having a number could maybe get a better rate as far as the hotels go. Ill find out in the next week or two (crazy at work and home right now) Ill post when I get something.

I have considered that. I was talking to Kelli (Dobejazz) last night about the trip and looking at some flights in July. Was thinking about Sheecawgo Illeenoise for a day or two before going to California. Not sure my budget can handle three cities.
I think flying out on Thursday and back on Monday would be a cheaper flight than a weekend flight but then adding 2 days of hotel and car rental might make it cheaper on a weekend flight. Any idea on room rates yet? Or, do you still need to find out more interest in it before checking?
I need to come up with an itenerary and see if I can even afford the trip
