Weldon 3, 16?

Hello all,

I was out looking for this stuff.. HD, Lowes, OSH, Target, Petsmart, i couldnt find it.. where do you guys get it? also i bought some LOCTITE INSTANT GLASS GLUE (Contains Cyanoacrylate). Says hold parts together 15-60secs((instant?)) then cure for 24hours and wait one week before using item in dishwasher..can this be used?by the way im needing to use this to glue acrylic(lucite) together.

Tony, You can get weldon from your local glass shop. I wouldn't use the loctite it most likely wouldn't have a strong enough bond.

I use weldon 4 and 16. Within 2 hours I had the product in my tank and not leaking. It did not work as I thought, but, I was experimenting. Try looking in the phone book under PLASTICS.

thank you for the info. found a local plastic store and i got a pint of each (3,16) and 2 needle applicators for 18.00 which doesnt seem to bad.
