Question

water storage

i have about 10gal of leftover saltwater in a garbage can with a power head.how do i or can i store it till its needed.please help

Hi Eagleox,
Keep it covered and circulating with the powerhead. When you are ready to do a water change, warm it to tank temp with a heater; test the Specific Gravity to match your tank water and it should be fine. I keep 15+ gallons perking all the time in a Rubbermaid tub for water changes.
