water level


what is the water level supposed in my wet & dry? i heard that has an effect on how well the skimmer works. the skimmer is built in the wet & dry. here is the link to my tank specs

It depends on the skimmer design.

Some skimmers are very sensitive to water levels, while others are not.

I would check with the manufacturer since they are the designers of the unit. They should be able to recommend the appropriate water level (or range) for the skimmer's optimal performance (of course, this assumes that the manufacturer put some thought into the design of the unit - you'd be surprised).

By the way, in my opinion, it's amiracle that company is still in business.
