A CLS of any sort would sufice. The ocean motion brand is nice if you want switching currents in the tank. But not necasary!
I would plan on a good pump....total flow will depend on corals and what you plan to keep. A Sequence hammerhead may be a nice pump. But you may need more flow??? You will probably want like 8 return spots. It is up to you if you want them all on the back or back and bottom/front like seen in the pics you posted. I would use loc line, as it will allow for nice positioning of returns to flow where you want them to. Plus use ball valves on some of the returns so you can control the flow if needed.
On my 5' 110 gallon tank I just put in a spray bar and 4 returns! I also have two return from the sump! the flow is great! I used the
sequence Dart pump.....
Here are a few pics!
Here are the returns.....kind of hard to see. One in the lower rear corners, two low middle back are for the spray bar, upper outside is returns for CLS as well, while the other two uppers more center are from the sump!
w/ spray bar installed!....White socks you see are on the feeds for the CLS
Full tank shot after re setup!
