As the only means of circulation???? Most defintely not on both counts.
If you are asking about for a sump return...possibly...need more info in relation to though like sump size. fuge etc
If you are asking about for a closed loop.......Not nearly enough for either sizd tank. I run a 4500 gph pump on a cls and a 3600 on the return for a 225. Im not saying that much is absolutely necessary but just to give you an idea.........
