Want some majano anemones!

I know most people hate these things but i would really like to have some in a small tank becaue they look pretty cool, do they need any certain amount of light, flow or anything like that? Also anyone know where i could get some? I would really like some that have pink tips and are green. Would i be able to keep a medium sized piece of LR in a 4 gallon tank on my desk with an HOB filter and a strip light? I think itd be cool just to have something to look at on my desk and since these spread so fast i wouldnt have to wait months until it looks really nice. Where could i get some and would this setup work?

I think your best bet would be cruising the LFS or local reef forum. They are pretty forgiving of tank conditions.

Did I ever tell you about the time Brasky went hunting? Well anyway, Brasky decides he's gonna hunt down all four members of the Banana Splits. He stalks and kills every one of them with a machete. They all beg for their lives, except Fleagul.

Haha surprisingly ive never seen an aiptasia or majano anemone at my LFS... What kind of lighting do they look best under? I was thinking of having a tiny 12 inch strip light with 1 10,000k and 1 actinic. Anyone willing to ship me some majanos?! haha

I want the pink and green one as well. The thing is I dont think any one sells them :-( due to them being a pest. It's like trying to buy a roach in a pet store. I want a rock full of them and when they start to spread to other parts of the tank. Just inject the ones you don't want with lime juice and they die.

they reproduce like a weed and sting your other corals and can even kill them to take over the rock the corals are on. There like asoldier at war and will win.
