Vitamin Supplements...

I was just wondering if anyone was clued in on vitamin supplements for lions etc...I read, and was also told, that vitamins that we give to our babies can be used on fish...now we have here a vitamin called Pentavite, which is for babies/toddlers, which I add to my birds water, can I also add a few drops to my lions dinner...

and before everyone starts asking the obvious, NO my lions dont get feeder fish...they get all the good quality seafood that I myself eat...crabmeat, scallops, squid, octopus, prawns etc...the occasional ghost or boxer shrimp to keep them on their toes...nothing freshwater, all saltwater...

the article that stated this, didnt add which Brand that they used...and generally as a rule, the LFS will rip you off blind for basically the same thing...

any imput on this would be greatly appreciated...

Cheers...
JO...

Sorry I don't have any idea what Vitamins would be safe. Sounds like a Lucky Lion!

Doubtful it would be very effective, if its eating prepaired foods and you want vitamins order some Selcon from your favorite place (I.E. drs foster smith), also note that for selcon I would INJECT it into the prepaired food so its not lost in the water column.
