I have a 150 watt Viper K2 MH light with a 14k bulb, it's been on my 30 gallon for about five months now and seems to be working great. The only problem I have run into is burning myself on it when I'm cleaning the tank or moving things around in there. The fixture gets extremely hot so be carefull, but it seems to perform well and my corals love it. I picked mine up from TRT classifieds for about $120 after shipping which I thought was reasonable for a MH fixture. I guess the only limiting factor with this style light is tank size, what would you put it on?
