Variety the spice of life

My fish get to much variety of food. I want to narrow it down some
I have a powder brown foxface royalgarmma 2 clowns and a fang blenny

In the tank I alternate emerad entree, plankton frozen, squid, formula one, prime reef, and bloodworms.they get one cube a day of only one of those.
then I feed nori on a clip and some formula one pellet.

So im gonna narrow it down a little
Do you think it would be nutritionally good if I just feed my fish only
formula one pellets and nori all soaked in garlic and/or silcon? My fish are slowly beginning to ignore all frozen food. SO is variety the spice of life or for fish is it consistancy?

I personally believe in mixing up the food and giving them a variety. It's the least I can do since I am keeping them in a tiny cage LOL...

You feed exactly what I do too. I also feed cyclopeeze, mysis, reef plankton and some others that escape my brain at the moment.

That being said, they might still be just as happy being fed nothing but formula one pellets...That stuff is real good IMO and all my fish I've ever fed that to seem to enjoy the heck out of it You might consider Formula 2 also which is for vegetarians if I'm not mistaken.

btw...i THINK soaking in selcon is a great idea but formula 1, if I'm not mistaken, has garlic already injected so it's more tasty
