Will ABS permanently seal to glass for use as an overflow? If not I'm out $100 bucks... Already had ABS cut to spec for a 55g and 125g overflow.
:EDIT: Found this sealant. Says it can be used on ABS and glass, it's non-sagging and can be used under water. Claims to have a better seal than silicone as well... Thoughts?

I designed my overflow out of acrylic with five sides - only the top is open. I cut two holes in the bottom that line up with my holes in the bottom of the tank. I applied standard silicon between the two and tightened the bulkheads down. When the silicon dried, it had made me a gasket.
Silicon does not adhere well to plastics, this stuff may, but I personally would not trust it. Maybe the Bulkhead and silicon idea will work for you.
good luck!
