I would love to get it fixed is what I meant to say. The fact I broke it won't kill me, it was just a real bummer.

that can be fixed with some Weld-On 3 and the capillary applicator. you can try Weld-On 16, but it does not seem to do as well on odd fits like that.

it can be repaired, but will take a quite bit of work... don't toss it out though.. someone with patience can repair it, and use it if you don't feel comfortable repairing it

Does anyone else have any suggestions on this? I would love to repair it, but I don't know how to get any weld-on. (Geoff, I took this aft. off, since I couldn't find anyplace on the internet to buy this, and went to HD, Lowe's, 2 Ace Hardware's and a True Value Hardware, none of them ever heard of it.) If anyone knows another product and also either a sore or an internet site where i can purchase it, I'd like to give it a try.

Try professional plastics or tapplastics.com for weldon. If it were me, I would cut a peice of acrylic bigger than the hole, heat it in the oven and bend it over the skimmer body and use weldon 16 or 40 to adhere it. Then redrill the patch piece and adhere. Would be really strong that way

I actually have some acrylic tubes sitting in the basement that I might try. I also found the distributor for weld-on in the Chicago area, I have his # and I will call in the morning and see how to get it. Once I get it, I will try the repair and hopefully, in about a week, I will post pictures of the 'new, improved NW-200'.
Thanks to all for helping on this, I'm really encouraged about possibly saving the skimmer vs. getting a new one, I've never even used it.
I've been taking pictures of my progress on the 75 build and will I will post them when I get closer to being done- I have the fsb in and siliconed, I purchased the plumbing and a 30 gl tank for the sump, I just need the return pump and the lights. I'm planning on the Tek 6 x 54 T5's, they're going to be from Santa, so this should be getting close in a few more weeks.
