USA reefer Update!

Hello everyone!

This is USA reefer (Johnny) and want to give ya an up date on me.

Since my heart attack on the 1st of August, I am doing better and have been going to rehab three days a week....Just doing some short walks and using an arm machine for now...Not allowed on the treadmill yet.

Not sure when I will return to work and I also have lost just over 14 lbs so far.

I may be going into the hospital today for a couple of days or so because I am a diabetic and my left leg is showing infection and very painful. This has surprised me as I have been dieting really well, exercising and losing weight. My sugar levels are very good as well.

Anyway wanted to let you all know how I am doing and thanks for all the concern shown and will keep you updated...Love to all, Johnny and Pat

Thats a heck of a way to lose weight.....

Somehow I dont think its going to catch on very well though.

Thanks for the update, Johnny! Sorry about the leg but glad you're having it seen to -- can't mess around with that. I'd bet after all the stress and trauma of the heart attack, something nasty just got hold... eat some garlic, some vitamins, turn up the temperature a bit, and you'll be just fine...
