URGENT!!! Foam Padding?

I am smack dab in the middle of setting up my 135 gallon (glass) and was curious if I need to put a foam padding between that and the stand to help absorb any inconsistencies in my levelness of my floor???? I've heard of this with acryclic but not glass...PLEASE ADVISE!!!!! thanks!

with large tanks it would be best to do that . unless you know for a 100% fact the frame it is sitting on is square.

I would think that given the weight of the tank, you might want to look at some sort of gasket material. Like the stuff they use on pickup trucks when you put a cab on.

I've heard play-doh works under the legs of the stand if the floor is not too far off, and is sitting on a hard surface.
