Why do I have pictures in my head of Cath sitting behind the desk:
"Snow? That is no excuse!"
I am only joking Cath, I am sure you are as great in person as you are here!

It Snowed in South Georgia this morning. Ya'll can take it back now, we really do not know how to drive in it. I also have horse fences that need to be painted, I only need two hours above 45 degrees and I have not had any luck for the last three days.
Whatever happened to 101 degrees with 90% humidity, now thats living.

About 5 inches here in Northeast GA....It is most beautiful, but it can leave now. Once every couple of years is enough for me. No way, could I live where is snows lots. I will take heat any day of the week. :frosty:

its actually alot of fun! we get real hot here in the summer so we have the best of both worlds. hardly any rain and i like it alot better that way. snowboarding or sking is just minutes away so is snowmobiling for people that don't own a money tank oops i mean reef tank! and nice and dry snow not humid. don't see how you guys cope with it there. i hate to just sit and sweat when i'm not even doing anything.
wish it wasn't so foggy i would get a pic of the cascades with jefferson,mt.bachlor, 3 sisters and a few others in there. then you'd see why we like it here!

Cath, welcome to my world. We get snow through April sometimes. Enjoy it while it lasts. I think it would take 4 feet to shut down anything here in MI. . Have fun, and build a snowman for me

You can send the snow up north, we only have afew inches on the gound and I want more. It least it has been cold enough so the ice is getting thick on the lakes. Not quite thick enough as one guy tried to drive a large SUV out on the lake the SUV went for a swim.

We are envious Cath! You got all our snow!

Our 6 pm yesterday forecast called for up to 3" so FishGirl and I got sleds and snow gear ready; later forecast downgraded to light snow; and of course, this morning not even a flurry!
We've got another shot at it Sunday, but who knows?

OK, Nick...just for you, my sister Bobbi made you a classic snowman, but SC style (i.e. short on snow =short snowman)
After eating some New Mexico Good luck HOT soup, I made snow cream.
Pretty soon I'll curl up with a book.
