upgrade

I just up graded from a 55g non RR with 440w of VHO to a 90g RR which is much deeper do you think by adding 2 more 110w VHO tubes i will have enough light to keep most softies. (bringing me to a totall of 660w)

you should be fine. Look into T5s you can fit a lot more under your hood and they run cooler.

Yes you should be ok with softees under that amount of light.
