Upcoming tomato clown project? Tell me what you think

Im upgrading my native tank to a 25 gallon in a couple of days and ill have an empty 10 gallon. My LFS just got a shipment of about 100 juvenile tomato clowns (all about 1-2 inches long) so i was thinking of getting one, putting both the clowns in my 10 gallon with the new one in a small tank that is sunk to the bottom of the tank and then in 2 days releasing it to see if they get along and then putting them back in my biocube with an anemone for them to host and everything. Is this a good idea? I pretty much know my tomato is a female because its been in my tank by itself for about 4 months. Another couple of questions: Will my blackbar establish a territory and be aggressive once i re-introduce the clowns? Whats the best anemone for this? I have a purple LTA but my tomato has shown no signs of interest in it and my LFS has a perfect size BTA for the biocube im thinking of getting. Biocubes have strong enough lighting for a BTA, right?

Tomato's are very agressive fish!Should be the last one in the tank and may still be a bully!

That will be my last fish. They cant bother my other fish either, my chromis is really smart whenever my tomato clown use to chase him he uses his size as an advantage and hides in the rocks where the wide tomato clowns cant go. Im concerned about lighting though, is it enough for a BTA? Will this pair be ok in a biocube for like 1-2 years or maybe less?

I don't know anything about the lighting in a biocube, but you will have no problems with the Tomatoes going into a BTA.

This is just my opinion, but 25gl community tanks are a little to small for a pair of Tomatoes. Tomatoes are one of the larger clown species. If they are going to be in a community tank, they really need 55gl or larger. If you are going to keep these fish in a 25gl tank, I would make it a species tank with just the clowns and a couple of BTA's.

I dare say 4 months is not a clear indication that the fish has reached a mature size and is a female. Otherwise, as others have pointed out, a BTA is the best solution for a tomato clown, but I doubt the biocube has enough light for one (they're only PC lights as far as I recall).

I think im going to wait until i get my 55 gallon with 150w halides, that tank should be plenty of room for a pair of tomato clowns right?
