Unknown Worms in my new tank

I've been noticing quite a few worms in my new LR. I think they are bristle worms; they are about ½ inch in length reddish pink in color and have hair like bristles on them. Are they good for my tank? I also have some small fan worms I think growing on another piece of LR. They are in ¼ inch white hard tubes and poke out red feathery things. I’m assuming they are good and I’d like to see them get bigger in my tank. Is there anything I can do to help them grow and not become a snack for some hermit crab or fish I put in the tank at a later time?

Nah, they will be fine. The feather dusters are filter feeders. The bristles are scavengers. They are both good things.
