um..my remora skimmer...

hi all...
today i received my new remora skimmer with the maxi-jet pump...
i have sort of what might be an ovious question:
how do i install the pump? it says to "stick it in"...but what way is up on the jet and does it go into just the clear plastic tube on the end, and ignore all the other parts that came with the pump?

The maxi jet comes with alot of junk that you don't need when using with a skimmer. All you need to find is a 3 inch long tapered tube and the strainer that attaches to the tube. Place this tube on the inlet valve of the maxi jet. The outlet valve of the maxi jet then get shoved into the tube hanging down from the Remora - hand tightend the plastic clips that secure the tube to the maxi jet and you s/b all set to go.
