Tunze 6025 mounts broke 2 of them
So last night I took out the Tunze's for a cleaning. I do it about every 1-1.5 months. I noticed that they both came off the holder eaisily. Both of the mounts were broken???? For no reason when I cleaned last month they where find and held the Tunze's tightly. Why would both break all the sudden with no force aginst them???? I got them from Premium Auqatics about 4 months ago I hope they will send me new ones????
Anyone else have this problem??

Yes, both of my 6045s broke the "c" clips... go over to RC and post in the Tunze forum, and Roger will send you out replacements right away with no questions asked.

If they don't contact Roger at Tunze, he resides in Austin. They have pretty great customer service, so I would expect him to help you out. They have a forum at RC, but their servers are clogged up right now.
