Tube Anemones

Hello oh wise ones of TRT. I was looking for some guidance about tube anemones. I have a chance to trade in a large colt coral fragment for one. In my research I found two view points. First, they are not something I want in my reef if I have fish because of their reputation as fish eaters. I have a Royal Gramma, Yellow Tang and Flame Angel in my 75g reef. Should I forget it or do I follow the advice found in the following article.

http://www.advancedaquarist.com/issu...004/invert.htm

I would really like to put it in but I also want to be sensible about it.

Any advice?

Just relating my experience: I have two of these anemones and never had a problem with losing fish, even very small clown gobies knew to swim around the tentacles. I had a royal gramma as well that never got near it. They do need to eat alot and I make sure to feed them at least every other day.
