tube anemone (help/advice)

picked-up a pink tube anemone a few days ago.... wondering if the home I made for it is good enough.

my sandbed is superfine powder white sand. I dug a "trench" as long as the actual tube.... and laid the tube on its SIDE in the trench and covered the tube over with about 3inches of powder sand.

is this sufficient? its day 3 for the tube and it seems happy with all tentacles flowing and full of life.

i've been reading the net where some advice for tubes is to buildup rocks with a DEEP 5in HOLE in the middle and put the tube anemone straight down into the hole aand fill with sand around it. some websites even CLAIM if if dont do it that way, the tube will eventually die if the sandbed it not deep enough? is this true? whats the best way?

You should be fine. My orange one is in a very shallow sand bed and the purple one moved to the rocks and isn't buried at all
