trying mushrooms again

im one of the few people that cant keep mushrooms. i found out the reason, i have too much flow. my small 10g's pump used to be strong and all shrooms and ricordeas would detatch from their rocks float around and die, a few made it in the back of the tank and are still alive. the past few months the pumps power has dwindled and im finally able to keep mushrooms in that tank
now my 55g is having the same trouble. too much uncontrollable flow and shrooms popping off their rock landing everywhere (most lost for ever)
yesterday i thought id try again, so i bought a blue spotted mushroom rock, its adorable, i really want it to make it. i found a spot with some flow but not as harsh as the rest of the tank. so how much flow can they take? its enough to wave them a bit more than gently. so far they are still attached but its only been 24 hours. they arent opening flat yet this is why im worried
should i keep them where they are until they show signs of about to detatch? do they look ok to you?

It looks like those peps are ready to munch them!!

They still look healthy, give them a bit more time.

maby you need just a little less current, not much less. Also my brown shrooms curl when a shado passes over them or fish is too close, they eat my brine shrimp if small enof, alltho i dont have any big ones like that(they get snafed or dissaper alot!)

Also i have a common blue ricordia and he seems to like medium current. Did he not come on a rock, I never get them without one, it takes them forever to bond to a new rock.

LoL I got a hand full to I make rocky mounting in the tank with them. The small critters like em. Allso my bi-colord blenie likes to hide in the pass between and watch me! Ive never had them detach. I have a hard time getting them off with out obliverating them to place them in patches.
