just got my true perc. today and he is so cool. But i have read that they can be maintained in groups.but my question is should they be maintained in groups?

what size is your tank? If you have the size and really want more than one make sure the are all about the same size and added at one time.

the tank is a 30gal.

i had some false pers. in there with him but they were fighting so i put the false pers. in the 55gal.

I'd at least get one more so you can have a pair. It's alot more interesting the way they play around all the time together.
