TRT's new creation!!
This is what this site helped an absolute begginner do! I just want to thank everyone who answered my questions and sent me helpful links: first off, I want to thank DOG for helping me overcome my dislexia, motorslave(rob), Rick O, Doug1, wannareef, goodfortune, rwdandald, and all the others who hooked me up! I am so excited!! I am so excited like when Jesse from "Saved by the Bell" was taking speed and then Zac found out and he was like " Jesse, what is this? This is speed! Why are you taking this?" and then Jesse was like, "I'm so excited.....I'm so excited....I'm so.....so.....scared...And then Zac hugs Jesse.
WET-TEST: today after work.... Oh and by the way, what should I put in the refugium? Miracle mud is 40 bucks for 5 pounds, can I mix it with something else?

Very nice looking
If you use the MIRACLE MUD ala ecosystem style setup, that also incorporates caulerpa planted in it, otherwise I don't see any value to having just the mud in there, the stuff is sposedly terrestial in origin, not even from the sea. You might want to run a search on Miracle Mud and Ecosystem. Also if you go that route you will need to light the sumpfugium as well.
Personally I would save the $40 towards getting a much better sump mouted skimmer to replace the Seaclone, they really arent that efficient a unit.
By the way, I love your user title, thats one I truly wish I had thought of first

Hmmm... not even sure I would do that, as most of the nutrients we are trying to avoid are already in the mud... Although I understand that there are folks that have and make these systems run, I qam not so sure that you coud do it better and easier by using a DSB, at least then you have the added benefits of phosphate adsorption and nitrogen export.
I like Doug's suggestion, do a search in the archives on miracle mud make your own decision on the subject. Seems like a lot of money to spend on something of little true benefit, but that is just MY opinion.

looks good.
You may want to put a durso on that overflow to reduce the flushing noises. I did on mine. Just takes three fittings, a Tee, an Ell and a cap and a bit of pipe. you don't have to fit it tightly into the overflow outlet to get the effect.
