Today we are launching the TRT Sr. Reviewers group within the TRT Reviewers club.

TRT Sr. Reviewers enjoy all the benefits TRT Reviewers enjoy plus:

• The TRT Senior Reviewer badge
• The Opportunity to receive products from manufacturing companies that want their products tested and reviewed by TRT Sr. Reviewers.
• Unlimited PMs and unlimited attachments space.

Sr. Reviewers are elected by the Reviewers Club Leaders and approved by TRT Staff. To present candidacy to become a Sr. Reviewer, members need to meet the following requirements:

• Be a TRT Reviewer
• 50 or more Reviews
• At least 400 posts in the TRT Forums
• At least 6 months tenure at TRT
• Be willing to write Complete Editorial Reviews on products received from mfgs.

So far, the badge has been granted to:

• crvz (56 reviews)
• ckusnierek (54 reviews)
• Mr.Peanut (52 reviews)

We hope to see more of you join the TRT Reviewers Club and ultimately become Sr. Reviewers! This is a great way to share your experience with others.

I also want to let everybody know that we now have three manufacturers participating in the TRT Product Review Program and sending products for testing and review by the TRT Reviewers. Very exciting program and we look forward to having more of you take part in it.

Thanks alan_we. I had the same realization as motorslave ... I've used more reef equipment in the last 10 years than I can remember!!! Hopefully I can help others with my experiences that have worked well for me, and others that have not.

I am sure many will benefit!! To give you a sense... We are getting today around 2,000 visits a month to the review pages. That's a whole lot of people that are leveraging others experience with the various products.

How does the manufacturer product testing work?

We launched the TRT Product Review Program a few weeks ago... our goal is to have 10 or so manufacturers participating by the end of the year... Participating manufacturers will offer products to TRT Reviewers for testing and review. So far we have 3 mfgs participating and when they have products for us to test and review, we post about them on the TRT Reviewers Club Forum. You can find further details there.

Thank you Alan. I have been looking for some ways to get more involved here at TRT and helping post reviews seemed like a great way to contribute. I still have several more to finish ... so ... back to work!
