That was a lot of fun! I want to thank Tom and Mel for hosting this and for everyone that gave me frags! THANKS! I'll likely post them on here in a couple days and get you to tell me again what they are and remind me who gave them to me so I can write it down on my "frag log"

Thanks Tom for the wonderful feast and the fellowship with the TRT members. It was such a pleasure to meet and shake hands with some of the friends I have met on theis forum. I hope people are happy with the corals we were able to trade and share and hope to be able to join the group again next year.

They are great folks and we missed getting out East and seeing everyone. Glad it was a good time for those that could make it.

Wow! Now that was a very long day, but well worth it! I just finished getting all of the new frags into my tanks, and it is 2:20 AM my time. Funny thing is Dick (fishdaddy) lives in Tenessee and probably beat us home.
Thanks to Tom and Mel for a great spread and yet another awesome time with our reefing friends. Thanks to everyone who traded, or gave away, frags as well as it was greatly appreciated. Staying for the fireworks like Tom suggested was a good deal as well.
I am already looking forward to next year.

What a grand time at the Reefnic yesterday! I can't say enough good things about Tom and Mel to open their home to us and provide such wonderful food, friendship, and Southern hospitality. Thank you, Tom & Mel!! I also thank Cath, Tom's mom, and everyone else who contributed food, supplies, and labor to make the event a great success.
While the Hawg was the star of the show, the heart of the matter was the opportunity to meet and enjoy the company of so many friends, old and new. The spirit of TRT was alive and well at The Walnut Grove Seaquarium yesterday. Those of you who have made it to this or a previous Hawg Roast at Tom's know what I mean and I would urge everyone to attend the nextun.
Dr. Tom examines his patient and pronounces him fit and healthy, ready for surgery.
Dr. Tom performs the very delicate operation. The surgery was a success!
I'll have more photos of the goings on later.

Yeah, Mike, I was back home at 11:30. I was beginning to have doubts about driving back last night as I drove down the Pigeon River Gorge in a heavy rainstorm. I had to slow down to 30-35 mph in some places to avoid hydroplaning. So glad the Big Trucks slowed down, too.

Thanks Dick... they got my fever down right off (it was 103~) They are still unsure what it is, for the time being I am on an antibiotic and Tylenol w/Codeine. They have temporarily diagnosed it as Celluilitis but they think its MRSA Staph.
Here I was thinking I would be taking my wife to the emergency room this weekend (she's scheduled for a CT on Monday, they think she may have a Anurism in her brain) and I ended up there somehow... go figure...
Hate that I missed it everyone! Maybe next year!
Now, where's the rest of those pics.

My mother, a good old fashion southern Baptist woman, always said that the groceries ain't no good unless you get a little on you. Looks like Tom must have really been enjoying himself.
