For whatever this is worth, I have grown to appreciate all of you very much. We can get our feelings hurt now and then but you have shown me, at least, that you are all above all that. Don't let one angry person ruin this great board for the rest of us. You all do a very good job even for whining, demanding, insane reefaholics like myself.

John, I'm not awake enough to come up with a good one and we don't know each other well enough YET! Just remember, I tease the people I like, so expect to get teased a lot.

Hey John-

In the 3 years that TRT has been around, we've been fortunate to only have had a small number of incidents like this. They haven't ruined us yet, and they won't in the future. I appreciate your kind words and look forward to seeing you around!

I think we do have a really great group of people who post here on TRT. I've got one of those Mod/Admin tags but feel that I'm just one of the members here who loves TRT and the people involved.

I go on vacation and can not leave you guys alone for a few.

Doug1, Alice, Fishdaddy, Dark Horge, Drewman, Bill-e, Brooke, Landescaper and everyone else who know the value of information and passing it on can do for fellow hobbyist and the way we pass this information on is a credit to the moderators and other hobbyist as we move forward in our hobby.
Did I say that!!! WOW! a vacation sure does help!!!

Thanks, everyone, for your replies. You all really do a very good job especially since the discussion is very wide ranging with so many different personalities. Reefers are a tough crowd sometimes and we can all do better at driving that stigma out of the hobby. People new to reef keeping have plenty to be intimidated about without nasty encounters with crusty ol' loonies like myself. There! I said it and I feel better about myself already.....LOL.

Bravo, John! The moderators do exactly what they should do. Moderate! And in doing so, they have kept this a friendly place to post. It surely has provided knowlege and friendship for me. Hugs all around.

Thank You John, it means alot to us to know that we do a good job. We aren't perfect but I think we have a really good system in place to communicate issues. I want everyone to feel they can come to any staff member with any concerns, we definatly have an open door policy here. Without the members me and a few others would be posting to one another.
Again thanks everyone and I'm sorry this turned out the way it did. That is not what the reeftank is about
