Triad area NC reef club (TASARAC) meeting
The first meeting of TASARAC, the Triad And Surrounding Areas Reef Aquarium Club, will be held on Saturday January 26, 2002 at 6 pm at the Aquarium Center of Kernersville (806 Hwy 66, 336-996-4833).
The goal of this club is to get together people interested in keeping marine and reef aquaria in northern North Carolina and Southern Virginia once a month to exchange knowledge, get to know others in the hobby, and trade corals. The focus of the meetings will be on current approaches to reef aquaria, reef keeping basics, and aqua culture.
TASARAC is going to be a club without dues, although we would like to encourage people to bring refreshments to the meetings.

Great Sculpin, hope it goes over well 
Clubs are always a good way to see other reefs and share ideas, plus its always fun to meet people you have talked to on the internet, live and in person. Even tho I live in the south end of the state I try to get up to the north end and keep in touch with fellow reefers up there

Congrats, Mike! I know just where the metropolis of Kernersville is! (prolly about like Spartanburg hehehe) Sorry I can't be up there in reality. We Carolinians have to work together.
