too much flow for torch / hammer??

The torch is supposed to be in low to medium flow right?? Well Mine seems like it's in a fair amount of flow since it sways pretty rapidly... not to the point of looking like it's stressed but how much flow should I go for with a torch coral?

IME they like medium flow but not a direct shot. Mine did great with a Sea-Swirl blowing at it every minute or so. If you have a wave maker with a powerhead on a timer, that would be good too. Really any way of getting good flow without blowing the tenticles to much is good.
