Toby tankmates?

Setting up my new bigger reef I'm considering leaving my 30 set up. I'm gonna take out all the corals and move lots of the rock over to the new reef.
So basically I plan on leaving 30 with about 20lbs of live rock. This will be a FO set-up.
So I think I'll keep a toby puffer in there, like a valentini or other.
Anybody know what tankmates would be suitable if I go this route?
I like the idea of a longnose hawk.
I don't think there'd be a whole lot of room so I'm thinking 3 fish MAX.
maybe just those two.
Well any suggestions on combinations of fish should do well in that type of set-up?

3 very small fish. i think 2 would be more realistic though. as for fish most will be fine as long as they are not know to be aggressive. i would keep away from damsels, clowns, and pseudos. gobies are a good choice. most blennies are also. a small angel could be a good choice, but even some of those can get aggressive towards tankmates. tangs would be to large. some hawkfish can also be aggressive. i do not know if the longnose is one of those aggressive ones or not.

I think they are pretty nippy. So I won't want anything with flowing fins or occupy its space.
